- The Ukrainian delegation resolutely condemns the publication of any materials that may jeopardize the peace process, the lives of our soldiers, and the information security of Ukraine.

On November 27, Yuriy Butusov posted a video on his personal Facebook page in which he fired a 152-mm D-20 howitzer. The date and place of the shooting were not specified.

With our Western partners constantly declaring a high probability of escalation in Ukraine and the data of our intelligence on the presence of Russian troops along the Ukrainian border coinciding, the Russian Federation is looking for the slightest reason for provocations and realization of its intentions.

The very fact that a civilian fired an armed gun-howitzer can accuse Ukraine of not controlling its own Armed Forces.

In a hybrid war, the enemy has already begun to use this video in its propaganda interests.

This increases the danger of provocative actions by the Russian occupation forces and the formations under its control, the intensification of shelling of the positions of the Allied Forces, as the Russian side regularly uses the tactics of preventive accusations to cover up its own crimes.

The publication of such videos in this context and, in particular, this one, is another example of how it is possible, consciously or unconsciously, to side with the enemies of Ukraine in the information confrontation.

We emphasize once again that the Armed Forces of Ukraine strictly adhere to the Minsk agreements, do not use means of destruction of more than 100 mm caliber, and open fire only in response when the actions of Russian occupation forces pose a threat to life and health of Ukrainian soldiers and civilians.

The units of the Allied Forces keep the situation under control and continue to perform specified tasks to repel and deter armed aggression by the Russian Federation.

We, in turn, urge the citizens of Ukraine to avoid actions that could harm the Armed Forces of Ukraine, intensify enemy shelling, increase our losses or complicate cooperation with international partners and political and diplomatic work within the Normandy and Minsk formats.

Export WhatsApp stickers to Telegram on Android

From the Files app, scroll down to Internal storage, and tap on WhatsApp. Once you’re there, go to Media and then WhatsApp Stickers. Don’t be surprised if you find a large number of files in that folder—it holds your personal collection of stickers and every one you’ve ever received. Even the bad ones.Tap the three dots in the top right corner of your screen to Select all. If you want to trim the fat and grab only the best of the best, this is the perfect time to do so: choose the ones you want to export by long-pressing one file to activate selection mode, and then tapping on the rest. Once you’re done, hit the Share button (that “less than”-like symbol at the top of your screen). If you have a big collection—more than 500 stickers, for example—it’s possible that nothing will happen when you tap the Share button. Be patient—your phone’s just struggling with a heavy load.On the menu that pops from the bottom of the screen, choose Telegram, and then select the chat named Saved messages. This is a chat only you can see, and it will serve as your sticker bank. Unlike WhatsApp, Telegram doesn’t store your favorite stickers in a quick-access reservoir right beside the typing field, but you’ll be able to snatch them out of your Saved messages chat and forward them to any of your Telegram contacts. This also means you won’t have a quick way to save incoming stickers like you did on WhatsApp, so you’ll have to forward them from one chat to the other.

Newly uncovered hack campaign in Telegram

The campaign, which security firm Check Point has named Rampant Kitten, comprises two main components, one for Windows and the other for Android. Rampant Kitten’s objective is to steal Telegram messages, passwords, and two-factor authentication codes sent by SMS and then also take screenshots and record sounds within earshot of an infected phone, the researchers said in a post published on Friday.
